Strength & Power Membership

$300/month

The Strength & Power membership is a comprehensive training program that builds functionality, strength and power through a combination of corrective exercises, resistance training and plyometrics.

After the initial consultation a video and picture assessment is done, from which a 5-week program is developed tailored to your body's individual and specific needs.

Each week you will do 3 full body workouts, focused on building functional strength, muscle mass and power through resistance training and plyometrics. To ensure progression we increase intensity and volume weekly.  

​

Once a month, before the start a new 5-week program, you meet with Astrid over FaceTime or Zoom for 30 minutes to discuss the previous month's training, address any potential issues, and go over the next 5 weeks of training.
